Students will be able to utilize the knowledge and skills gained in this course to analyze an incident, determine the presence of hazardous materials/WMD, identify and plan the best approach to render the scene safe, implement the best option while evaluating their actions and terminate the incident with appropriate documentation. Students will be able to maintain responder safety, protect members of the community and protect the environment.
